Amerit Adds 10 Workhorse Electric Vehicles to EVolution Mobile Service Centers

Amerit Fleet Solutionsa provider of customized fleet maintenance and repair programs, and Workhorse Group Inc.a US-based technology company specializing in providing drone-integrated electric vehicles (EVs) to the last-mile delivery industry, has finalized a purchase order for 10 battery-powered EVs to be added to EVolution’s mobile service center fleet. All-electric and emission-free, the EVolution Mobile Service Center (MSC) enables Amerit technicians to service and repair electric vehicles, charging equipment and ICE side-by-side vehicles. The EVolution’s battery power is designed to withstand a full day’s work, powering all tools and equipment, and getting the technician home safely at the end of the day.

Another capability of the EVolution MSC is its ability to perform rescue missions. Relying on its own on-board batteries, the EVolution can provide 5-10 miles of charge to a disabled electric vehicle, allowing the vehicle to be driven to a charging station or returned to the fleet location.
