The percentage of internet use for interaction with e-government services increased from 34% in 2020 to 55% in 2021.

The use of online banking services also increased from 38% in 2020 to 53% in 2021, while the percentage of Internet use for educational purposes increased from 28% in 2020 to 39% in 2021.

The results show that clothing, footwear, sportswear or accessories are the types of goods or services purchased online, accounting for 66%, while food purchased online accounted for 56.8%.

The preference percentage for in-store purchases was 71.8%, while the disinterest percentage for online purchases was 50.4% of the surveyed sample.

The data also indicates that 94% of families have internet access, and the percentage of tablets in households increased from 37% in 2020 to 51% in 2021, and smart TVs also increased from 47% to 59%. during the same period.
