As a key part of our Application Support team, our approach to mobile technology engineering and support is guided by exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Mobile Technology Support Engineer to play a key role in this growing team.
By helping staff get started and using mobile technology, you will help keep the organization online, enabling us to provide important services to our residents.
By using your knowledge of mobile devices and their application in a professional environment, you will provide a high quality, user-centric service. As someone who can work on your own initiative, you will manage incidents and solve problems in the most efficient way, finding creative ways to provide our users with what they need the first time.
