Settle voting needs at Dapsy Kuching mobile service counter in Jalan Stutong Baru tomorrow
KUCHING (September 10): Democratic Action Party (Dapsy) Socialist Youth Kuching will set up a mobile service counter at Pak Fang Lai Cafe, Jalan Stutong Baru here on Sunday to meet the needs of voters.
According to Dapsy Kuching Secretary Anthony Chin in a statement, the counter will operate from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and provide services such as assisting the public to update their constituencies.
Chin said the public can also visit the National Registration Department (JPN) office here in person to update their latest residential address as shown in their IC.
He said after that they would have to go to the Electoral Commission (EC) office to manually update their constituencies.
“Alternatively, members of the public are encouraged to change constituencies through the MySPR Daftar portal,” he said.
Chin also urged the community to assume their responsibility by participating in elections, whether national or parliamentary, and to exercise their constitutional right to vote.
Pak Fang Lai Café is located at Lorong 2, Jalan Stutong Baru (Stampin Resettlement Program).
